Geoff Murrell
is a singer/musician with many years of experience, who plays mainly bars and restaurants in the Almeria region of Spain, both solo, in the duo ‘M&M’, and with the classic rock bands ‘Stiff Upper Lip’, ‘Letsi’ and the Beatles tribute band ‘Beatles in Rock’. Geoff is also a regular singer with the multinational Kinks tribute band ‘The Kinks Fan Kollectiv’, who play live every year during the Kinks fanclub konvention weekend, and sings with ‘Spiral Planet’, a UK based Prog Rock band, currently recording their first album, due for release during September 2018.
Before moving to Spain in 2009, Geoff played in various bands in the UK, including ‘GMARK’ (original material and prog rock), ‘Nameless’ (rock covers), and ‘Who Are You’ (A Who tribute band).
In his solo shows, Geoff covers a huge range of songs and styles, from swing to rock, pop to country and soul to folk. Variety is his hallmark, something for everyone. He can also offer special events, with exclusively Country Music, or Songs from the Shows, just ask.
