John Buggy
is a singer/songwriter/musician from Tralee, Co. Kerry. He claims to have been playing music and writing songs most of his life.
In the past, John fronted a band called ‘The Righteous Dudes’ which toured extensively in Ireland and England. He also appeared on ‘The Late Late Show’, ‘Kenny Live’, ‘The Den’ and many other Irish and BBC TV and Radio shows.
He has released two albums of his own songs. John has played in many parts of Europe and the USA, both solo and with bands and has recently begun playing venues in and around Mojacar and hopes to become a more frequent visitor. He plays an eclectic mix of Irish folk, rock and classic songs and this is why he has the nickname ‘The Human Jukebox’!
